Notes:
- All prices quoted include Australian Goods and Services Tax and are in Australian Dollars.
- Prices quoted are for domain registration when the web site is hosted by Netsite Australia .
- We host all the domains we register. The cost of Web Hosting is additional.
- The cost to transfer US .com and .net domains includes a renewal of that domain for one additional year. This is imposed by the domain registration authorities.
- The cost to transfer Australian domains includes a mandatory renewal for an additional 2 years when the domain is due for renewal in less than 90 days anyway, otherwise the cost to transfer is nil. These rules are imposed by the domain registration authorities.
- While using a .com or .net domain for an Australia web site might seem economical, you should be warned that:
- You will almost certainly lose a percentage of potential web visitors who believe your web site is a US site (or about services supplied in the US), even before they view your home page.
- They can be very difficult to transfer; the transfer process can be long and complex, often taking months.
